So, if you aren't sold yet, let me tell you a little more about the location of this property on Longboat Key. There are numerous restaurants on Longboat Key as well as a full service Publix supermarket. Longboat Key is located a few miles from world class dining and shopping in St. Armand's Circle. If you aren't familiar with St. Armand's Circle, well, you're in for a treat because this area is a very well known and high end commercial retail and restaurant area. It is filled with boutiques, restaurants, dessert shops, and nightlife. This is a renowned area and people come from all over to walk the circle, take in the sights and sounds, and enjoy the many offerings of this area. If you want even more offerings, Downtown Sarasota you can find an even larger supply of retail, restaurants, nightlife, concert halls, comedy venues and more. You can catch a movie, a play or performance at the Sarasota Van Wezel, or just walk down Main Street and pop in and out of dozens and dozens of shops and stores. Uber is widely available to downtown so no need to worry about transportation, everything is right there at your fingertips.

The condo is also a very short drive to City Island, where your family can enjoy a day at Mote Marine Laboratory, where you can enjoy the large aquariums, education centers, and aquatic "petting zoos" for an up close and personal nautical experience. You can also visit New Pass Bait Shop to test out your fishing luck or launch a kayak or boat at the boat ramp on City Island as well. There is a small park and beach on City Island as well.

A few miles to the north, visit Bridge St. on Anna Maria Island for a quaint island town atmosphere with restaurants, shops and two fishing piers one on the Bay (with bait shop) as well as one on the Gulf. Fish on the gulf pier while your family and friends watch you fish sitting on the beach. Piers are 5 minute walk from each other!!
