The living room features a comfortable couch, two armchairs, and large windows fitted with screens and curtains. Additional furnishings include a coffee table and a smart TV for streaming and a Roku for live channels (news, sports, weather).

★Kitchen:
The open-plan kitchen boasts white cabinets and is fully equipped with a microwave, oven & stovetop, dishwasher and modern refrigerator.
A new sponge, dish soap, trash bags and dishwashing detergent to get you started are included.

★Dining:
The kitchen overlooks the dining area, which features a glass dining table for six.

★Bedrooms:
The beautiful master bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV, two nightstands, and access to the balcony.
The second bedroom, located near the entrance, includes a queen-size bed.

The master bathroom is equipped with a large mirror, sinks, a closet, a walk-in shower (with a small step), and a toilet.

- A large heated pool with a unique ocean view, Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.
- A spa for up to 10 people

★ Boat Slip:

★Important Notes & Rules:
- This rental requires approval from the Home Owners Association (HOA), which involves a tenant information sheet that needs to be received at least 10 days before arrival. Within 24h of arrival, renters must present photo ID, copy of rental agreement, car information including license plate number and signed HVC's Rules and Regulations.
- Parking: Plenty of guest parking spots. No commercial trucks, motor homes, trailers or boats.
- Not a party house, please be mindful of residents
- No pets, per the HOA rules (no exception)
- Non smoking, not allowed on the balcony or in the community either
- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 82 F
- Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running.
- Use pool and hot tub at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
- Residence is located on the water. Supervise children at all times.

Traveling with a little one? We offer a Pack 'n Play for use during your stay for a one-time fee of $50. This includes clean, fitted sheets for your convenience. Just let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your booking!
