This beautiful secluded Chalet in walking distance to Downtown Longwood, sits on 2 wooded acres part of our 6 acres complex.
Plenty of private parking.
Wake up to sweeping views of the sunrise from one of the
master bedrooms or enjoying a magnificent sunset on the spacious deck. The house lights up nightly for a peaceful and relaxing night.
Our place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Very cozy, private, and wooded lot yards. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms, one bathroom with jacuzzi.
We just recently completed the remodel of this charming home, new to the rental market.

The home is nice and privately secluded in a quiet residential area. House was clean and worked well for us. This is an older home with some wear and tear. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel type property or new construction this is not for you. If are looking for an affordable property, conveniently located and good communication with the property owner this is for you!

Stay at Sanford

Came to Sanford for softball tournament. Place was great.We felt like we were at home. Pari was wonderful. Would answer call or text right away. Didn’t have any problems or issues. Plan on staying here again if my team goes back to same tournament.

Overall, this house is nice for an older property. However, I felt I was deceived by this statement in the description: "We just recently completed the remodel of this charming home, new to the rental market." To me that sounds like a significant remodel was done. We found that the house had been rewired (incorrectly) and the toilets had been replaced which was the extent of the remodel. Also, we found a live roach in the silverware drawer.

Perfect Stay with plenty of room

We had 3 different groups of our family coming in for a wedding. We needed a place with each of the bedrooms to accommodate adults and to be family friendly for the youngest child, a 3 year old. This place checked all the boxes with 2 master suites (one of them taking up the right side of the house) and 2 other good sized rooms with queen beds. The location felt remote but you were able to get to all the activities and fun within 20 minutes.

Great house in a secluded location.

House is a large 4 BR 3 bath home with comfortable beds and very nice linens. House was clean and reasonably well equipped. Four of us were there for a golf trip and did not try to cook any meals. It looked like everything you might need was there except a grill. The location is very secluded and quiet, there is a nice deck in the back. The owners were very helpful and easy to contact. We will stay there again.

Great place fir large family!

I would totally recommend staying at these properties. We had a large family wedding in town and people flying in from all over the country. This location was only 15 minutes from the venue it had everything that we needed it was very comfortable and clean. The large deck on the one house made for a great gathering area to fellowship with our family.
