Jessamine - ein luxuriöses, vollstÀndig restauriertes Fischerhaus in der NÀhe des Hafens

Das Jessamine Cottage ist ein vollstĂ€ndig restauriertes ehemaliges Fischerhaus im Herzen von West Looe. Das Haus stammt aus rund 300 Jahren und ist ĂŒber 3 Etagen angeordnet. Es bietet Platz fĂŒr 7 Personen (2 Doppelbetten, 1 Einzelbett und 1 Etagenbett) und eignet sich sowohl fĂŒr kleinere und grĂ¶ĂŸere Familien als auch fĂŒr Paare. Die Renovierungsarbeiten wurden im Sommer 2017 nach einem vollstĂ€ndigen 12-monatigen Back-to-Bricks-Umbauprogramm abgeschlossen, bei dem Böden, WĂ€nde, Fenster und TĂŒren ausgetauscht wurden. Das Haus hat viel von seinem ursprĂŒnglichen Charakter bewahrt und seinen Charme wiedererlangt, da zuvor versteckte Kamine wiederentdeckt wurden.

Das Haus ist weniger als zwei Minuten zu Fuß vom lebhaften Hafen von Looe und der FĂ€hre nach East Looe entfernt. Es ist auch ideal in der NĂ€he des KĂŒstenwanderwegs nach Talland, Polperro, Lantic Bay, Polruan und Fowey positioniert.

Das Haus ist zu einem sehr hohen Standard inklusive hochwertiger BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher ausgestattet. Die GĂ€ste werden die Liebe zum Detail zu schĂ€tzen wissen. Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz auf dem Millpool-Parkplatz (6 bis 7 Minuten zu Fuß) sowie ĂŒber WLAN-Breitband.

Spectacular

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. The house was that nice that we wanted to stay inside to make the most of it and had to drag ourselves away. Lots to do in the area and lots of lovely places to eat. The kids enjoyed crabbing every night at the harbour and the beach is lovely! Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Easter week in Looe

The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and the distance to the car park wasn't a problem at all as the walk from the house was along the harbour and very picturesque.

Bedroom doors do not close. Alarm went off everytime you used the toaster. No soap in bathroom to wash hands. (Covid?) Nothing to wash up dishes etc with Only 1 bath size towel in a house for 6 Have pictures, need a new cleaner, very expensive for the lack of basic needs Looe however is lovely!!!!

Lovely house, wish it had even a tiny place to have a BBQ and the walk to car park every day a bit of a pain after a while especially if raining but ok if you plan to spend a lot of time in Looe.

We had a great stay in this cottage perfect location for the town, parking space was very helpful too. We stayed with our young son and the property was well equipped for self catering as a family. Would love to return!

Fantastic stay, would stay again. Couple of small points to highlight. The bathroom door needs plaining, that wasn't much fun if anyone got up to use the toilet late or early hours for those in the downstairs bedroom. Also could have been a little cleaner. Cobwebs in most corners of the lounge and the placemats had something crushed into them all so we left them be and didn't use them. Maintenance works started early (they did knock on to ask however) but the result was plaster pouring in through the chimney breast in one of the bedrooms. We kept on top of cleaning very well, it just would've been a little nicer to have arrived to it as clean as we left it. Overall though, a beautiful place and would definitely return again.

Happy New Decade!

This was our second stay in this fabulous cottage in Looe. The property is spotlessly clean, is finished to a high standard and has everything you could possibly need for a lovely family holiday by the sea in Cornwall. Like last year the New Year celebrations in Looe were superb. We enjoyed a meal in the Smugglers Cott sandwiched between two impressive sets of fireworks down by the beach. The location of this property is excellent with many restaurants and cafes a short walk away and all the attractions of Cornwall within easy reach by car. The train to Plymouth is also a worthwhile trip. We would strongly recommend you rent this property.

Great house in a lovely location close to harbour quayside

A beautifully restored house set in a lovely location with views of the harbour from the bedrooms. Very comfortable for our family of six and we enjoyed cooking and eating together in the wonderful kitchen dining area. We loved Looe which has plenty to do for all ages. Lots of great cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Amazing house in a great location

Beautiful house in the best location. Our only criticism is the damp patch at the dining end of the kitchen. We understand the house is very old and this will effect the condition. This however didn’t put us off in the slightest. Also a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms would have been nice.

Charming home in a beautiful location. We could not have asked for more from our holiday. The owner's attention to detail with appliances and decoration is fantastic. Lovely cottage in West Looe

Having collected the parking pass, the car can simply be abandoned for your stay as there are many great restaurants and plenty to do within a short walk of this excellently positioned property. The cottage is spotlessly clean and finished to a really high standard with everything that could possibly be needed by our family of five. In short we loved our stay in this fantastic cottage and plan to return. We are already considered New Year 2020!

Superb Property, spotless and well maintained

House was immaculate. Spent a lot of our time in the kitchen/diner on the lower floor. Had everything we needed for our stay and appeared that most of the equipment had never been used before we got there. A short walk to the Harbour Moon Pub rounded off most nights. Finding the secure parking was a bit tricky, but was easy to use and most welcome as most of the local parking filled up really quickly.
