The Neighborhood:

This property is situated in the Baldwin Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles. Baldwin Hills is known for its mid-century modern homes and offers panoramic views of the city. The area provides a suburban feel with tree-lined streets and is in close proximity to parks, recreational areas, and cultural sites. Residents can enjoy local shops and restaurants, contributing to a vibrant community atmosphere.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules:



No parties, loud music, or gatherings of more than 6 people are allowed. Noise must remain at a reasonable level, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to respect our neighbors. Any complaints or disruptions will result in immediate eviction.



The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Any gathering of more than 6 people must be cleared with us in advance.



A security deposit may be required for some bookings.



Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, with a $90 per day charge. Smoking is prohibited indoors; a $250 fine will apply for indoor smoking.



PLEASE NOTE that the pool cannot be heated. Pool maintenance takes place every Saturday morning, and our gardener services the garden every second Thursday of the month.



Charges apply for stained or ruined towels ($35 each), sheets or duvet covers ($200), or excessive cleaning ($200).



Guests must be honest when providing booking information. False details may result in eviction without a refund. Non-compliance with these rules or complaints from neighbors will also lead to eviction.



Report any damages upon check-in to avoid charges. We’re understanding about accidents—just let us know, and we’ll work with you.



Interaction with Guests:

The house offers self check-in, and you will receive your check-in instructions one day before your arrival, at 4:00 PM (PST).
