Spend your vacation or business trip steps from the beach, cafe's, strand, Main St and Abbott Kinney shops and restaurants, Santa Monica Pier and 3rd St Promenade are also just a 10-15 minute walk.
All this while you are in our peaceful and relaxing Santa Monica beach home. You will love the relaxed, casual feel, suitable for singles, couples or a family. The house is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms + bonus room with a sofa bed, 1 bathroom, permit parking and new carpet throughout. There is central heat and A/C units for the bedroom and living room. There are multiple fans available as well if needed.
SLEEPING SPACES: One bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other bedrooms have full sized beds.
LIVING ROOM: Has a comfy sofa and large TV, Apple TV (with all major services included), great light and much more!
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with pots, pans, platters, plates, coffee maker, etc.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located just 6 blocks from beach, just 4 blocks off Main St., and 10-12 blocks from each of the Santa Monica Pier, 3rd St Promenade and Abbot Kinney, this perfectly located house is a truly unique and wonderful space.
MAIN STREET: Awesome shopping/restaurant district is just 4 blocks away, where you will find every type of cafe and cuisine imaginable in all price ranges, and an eclectic mix of boutiques, vintage clothing, surf shops, history, galleries, etc. Urth Cafe, Stella Barra, Dogtown Coffee, and lots of other great places are stumbling disance. A wonderful Sunday morning farmer's market takes place on Main St too and includes kid-friendly activities.
Only 10-12 blocks away (15 minute walk) is the famous Santa Monica pier with its amusement park & restaurants, downtown Santa Monica & the 3rd St Promenade which has 100's of stores and restaurants, movie theaters, and talented street performers (this is LA, after all!).
ABBOT KINNEY / VENICE: The artsy/beachy/trendy neighborhood is also only about 10-15 blocks away (15 minute walk) and is home to some of the best restaurants in the city and some of the truly must see LA spots (Venice boardwalk, canals, Muscle Beach, “White Men Can’t Jump” basketball courts, etc.).
Both Santa Monica and Venice beaches and their attractions have been seen in countless movies & TV shows over the years, and always provide great free entertainment for the whole family!
PETS: Sorry, but NO pets allowed. No smokers and no drugs either.
PARTIES: This is not a party house. If you choose to stay here, it is critical that you are respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood and not make lots of noise or party at the house.
Please look elsewhere if you are looking to host a party somewhere. There will be a minimum $1000 charge if a party is reported.
