The open and airy layout makes it easy to unwind, while the cozy furnishings and coastal touches give it a charming, homey feel perfect for a laid-back escape by the water.

Bedrooms & Sleeping – Primary bedroom with a queen bed; second room can be a home office or sleeper sofa for extra guests. Comfortable for 1–2 people, can host up to 4 adults.
Outdoor Space – Private rooftop deck for morning coffee or evening relaxation; shared fire pit and picnic table with neighbor.
Convenience – In-unit laundry and parking in front of the garage (note: tight space, depends on car size). Trash bins are easy to manage with provided instructions.
Inside Amenities – Fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, fresh linens, and thoughtful touches throughout.
