Lovely beach apartment w/ parking, bikes, pet friendly!

Be a minute to the beach in the best location of LA! For 1 to 4 people, our condo comes with two bikes so you can enjoy 22 miles of bike track by the beach. Best bars/restaurants close by. All hotspots of Venice are at walking distance: boardwalk, Gold's Gym, Rose Ave, Main St, Muscle Beach, canals, skate park... Our off-site parking space is available a 4-minute walk away. All surfaces are professionally cleaned and disinfected.

Amazing location a step away to the beach, in between the famous Venice Beach Boardwalk and the best shops/restaurants on Main Street, just one block from trendy Rose Ave.

Airy space with tons of character on the ground floor of a cute historical building. Located in a very touristy place, our apartment offers an alternative to a hotel stay and provides the amenities you may need for a different sort of traveling experience.

It is a charming beach apartment, clean and perfectly furnished, in a small condominium with three floors. The place is located on the ground floor, so very easy to access. As the location is right on Venice Beach, the area gets very busy in summer with a lot of animation and it can be noisy sometimes.

The apartment is 650 square feet and has a combination of laminate floor and tiles flooring. It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed which sleeps two people comfortably. In the living room, a sofa pulls out to convert to a queen-sized bed that sleeps two people as well.

One bathroom with a shower and a tub, shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are provided. A fully-equipped kitchen (four gas burners stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery for four people, cooking utensils). An iron and an ironing board are also available.

We put at your disposal 2 bikes (beach cruisers) with locks. We provide one off-site parking space in a parking lot a four-minute walk away, and you can also park on the street (parking is free, just check the signs to avoid having a ticket). There are bus stops close-by (on Main St), it is very convenient to use Uber or Lyft and the Bird or Lime scooters to move around. The Waymo cars without driver are cheap and they will drop you off right at the door!

The check-in procedure is automated so you don't need to worry about late arrivals or having to wait for us at the property. Just let us know your time of arrival and departure prior.

Important to know: as in all the Venice buildings that are directly on the boardwalk, the sound insulation is not optimal and we can hear the noise of the street. If you are a light sleeper or intolerant of the slightest noise, this is not the place for you. According to Vrbo guidelines, there's a Ring doorbell on the porch that records every time someone enters and leaves the apartment.

The highlights of this apartment are its incredible location, the two free beach cruisers provided and the fact that there is free parking included, which is a true luxury in Venice Beach.

With the invigorating air of the ocean nearby, the Californian lifestyle and the animated restaurants and bars of Venice Beach, you really feel like being on vacation all year round here...

Great hosts who check in just the right amount to make sure you’re settled and comfortable. Wonderful clean spacious apartment right in the beach supplied with everything we needed. Perfect for me visiting family in the hospital in Santa Monica. Stayed with daughter and grandson. We had everything we needed and so many fun activities to fill our days when not obligated to family. We swam and bought a boogey board to play in the ocean, built sand castles on the beach, rented an electric cart to see the attractions at Santa Monica Pier, cooked meals in the nice kitchen, rode beach bike cruisers on the boardwalk. Toured the Santa Monica airplane museum. Met wonderful nice people at the local shops on the boardwalk. Highly recommend. I know this area so access was a breeze but do make sure you arrive in the daytime to get your bearings if you don’t know Venice Beach and the surrounding roads and parking. Five stars all the way!

The host was super responsive and friendly. There was was a mess up in the system and my reservation got cancelled. She made sure I was able to rebook asap and not lose the place. The host was also checking up on me throughout the stay, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect as I was coming for an event and it was just a walking distance from where I needed to be. Please note that this is Venice Beach, so things are not always quiet at night and the unit is right next to the parking pot. Pack a couple of ear plugs like I did and you will sleep well otherwise :)

Tucked away just off the boardwalk, we loved access to Venice Beach and Main Street restaurants, bars, and locally-owned organic coffee shops. We came for a basketball game at Intuit Dome. We also went to The Broad and MOCA, both downtown. Was pretty easy to access the freeways to get where we wanted to go. And, if you can fit it in, dinner at The Dudley Market, less than 100 feet down Speedway, was a highlight!And the instructions with pictures were great.

The check in process was very easy. Ada let us know when the property was ready, allowing us to check in a little earlier. There is mention in some of the other reviews that the property is a bit noisy at times; this seems to be just a feature of Venice Beach (so close to the beach). Some ear plugs or noise canceling headphones might help if noise is an issue for you. Overall, it was a great stay and I hope to be able to stay at the property again when I visit in 2026.

It was a cozy & wonderful stay. Ada was amazing on communicating with us anything we needed. This spot is literally steps away from Venice beach and touching Ocean Front Walk. Place was clean, and we had no issues entering and parking is 1 block down, a short walk.

This is one of the old buildings that sit right on the boardwalk in Venice Beach. It is a back apartment but when you go out the door and turn towards the beach you are on the boardwalk in about five seconds!! The listing said it might be a little noisy and there were lots of people coming and going between the buildings but it was not bad and we knew this when we rented it. We would stay again.

Great weekend getaway on Venice Beach!

We had a great time exploring LA, Venice Beach and the Santa Monica area. The host, Ada, was a great communicator and provided detailed instructions on the location of the apartment and parking spot. The apartment was clean and had what we needed for our trip. The location can be a little loud since there is a small road next door, but you can’t beat the location right on the beach and next to the boardwalk! We really enjoyed exploring and this spot was close to a lot of neat locations. Love that we got to use the bikes (big perk!) and beach towels! Thank you!

Great little apartment steps away from the beach. Best points: location, bikes with locks to use, and dedicated parking close by. Being close to the action, it was a little noisy, but we were out and about most of the time during our stay. We didn't travel with our dog this time, but appreciated that it was a dog friendly space. Communication was great and prompt. Would definitely stay again.

A little disappointing...

I have to first say that this apartment is a unicorn because it is in a building right on the boardwalk, has 2 beds, 2 bikes, AND has a parking space. VERY hard to find anything that will give you all of that. And CLEAN. Now on to the negatives:1) BIKES: Huge disappoint with the bikes. The main reasons I booked this place was for the bikes and parking spot. One of the bike's handle bars were not fully bolted to the ring that ultimately steers the front tire and was literally duct-taped on. It was barely usable. My 17-year-old daughter was unable to ride it - the front tire wobbled too much. NOTE: I was told that the bike will be replaced soon. 2) APARTMENT INTERIOR: The apartment is a bit old and musty. The photos in the listing make it look remodeled and fresh but it is not. The listing states it is in a historical building so just keep that in mind.3) NOISE: I hate to complain about the noise from the alley since the listing is up front about this but as someone who is a heavy sleeper and not normally bothered by outside noise - it was a problem. The apartment is along the back alley and all kinds of big trucks start rambling down around 6:45am and the bedroom window is RIGHT next to it. And the walls really are crazy thin.4) WINDOWS: The apartment is in the back of the building and all of the windows open up to a small pay-to-park parking lot next door. We felt we couldn't open the blinds because we didn't want the parking attendants staring in.
