Sleeping up to 8 guests, this elegant home offers distant ocean views of the Malibu coast and Catalina Island, set on 1.4 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Enjoy the sparkling POOL, (seasonally heated June, July, August, and September) or soak in the HOT TUB at any time!

Bedrooms include three king suites with en-suites (two on the main level and a spacious primary suite upstairs featuring a soaking tub and walk-in closet), plus two queen bedrooms sharing Jack and Jill bathrooms—one with bunk beds and a balcony, ideal for families.

The grounds are beautiful and lush with foliage. The pool is seasonally heated to 82 degrees (June, July, August, and September) (it takes 24 hours to heat up). You are welcome to turn on the hot tub at any time and is included with your stay, it takes a few hours to heat up.

Enjoy modern elegance with a fully equipped kitchen, multiple living areas with smart TVs allowing you to log into your favorite streaming accounts, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The outdoor space features a sparkling pool and hot tub, surrounded by lush landscaping—perfect for relaxing under the California sun or stargazing in the evenings.

Important Guest Information:
The home has two HVAC zones controlled by Nest thermostats for your comfort.

The garage will not be available for guest use.

The fireplace on the main level in the living room may be used. The fireplace in the primary bedroom is for display only and is turned off.

Beach chairs and pool towels are provided.

Our permit allows 8 to sleep overnight, and 12 for day visitors.

We don't allow filming, events, weddings, or wedding receptions.

We have six cameras on the exterior of the home that will be recording at all times for guest safety. Two cameras face the pool/view of the ocean.
