Echoing other reviews - the house and host were awesome and we highly recommend staying here for families big and small. The house is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful amenities that addressed all our needs from the moment we arrived. Roman (the host) was super welcoming and responsive. We had three generations staying here at various points during our week long stay and everyone was well accommodated. The location is excellent as well, with stores, restaurants, and the freeway on-ramp just a few easy minutes away, and the neighborhood felt very safe. We were super impressed with the backyard and sad we weren't able to put it to full use due to inclement weather.

This was a perfect house for a family vacation of 10 people. My husband and I took our two adult children and their kids to Disneyland and Universal Studios. The house allowed for the three families to relax and have their own space. We loved the pool and hot tub. The home was well stocked and beautiful.

I could not recommend this place more! It is EXACTLY like the photos show and even better in person. We had a range of ages 3-75 that stayed and everyone was satisfied. The house offers so much space, is kept very clean, and plenty of items you may need plus more. Roman was very quick to respond to every message I sent and always so helpful. His responsiveness, kindness, and care made the stay that much better to be treated with such wonderful hospitality. I could definitely see myself booking this space again!

Great house Great Pool

For the group of nine we brought, the house was perfect. Great bedrooms. Nice touches throughout the house. We loved hanging out in the pool area before and after all of our adventures. We arrived during a very warm time of year and the pool was a lifesaver! Roman was a clear communicator and was very helpful when we needed something. Highly recommended.

Clean and Comfortable

Cleanliness was paramount for our family and we felt very comfortable in the house. If you’re renting this property, don’t pack toiletries, Roman thought about everything you will need. Minor things were - not enough cutlery for 10 people and some new pots would be good. The outdoor kitchen wasn’t inviting and didn’t make you want to cook out there. The backyard also could have used some of the attention to detail that was applied inside the house but please don’t let that deter you from renting. This was a wonderful property and we would rent it again.

Excellent property, clean, spacious and fun.

Stayed here as we were visiting family in the area. It came fully ready to stay in. No need to buy extra paper towels, toilet paper, etc. the owner makes it very hospitable for guests and there are several minor details that show they really care for the guests and property. I’ll be staying here again in two years when I attend my other nephew’s graduation.

Our multi-generational family recently had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent retreat during my son's USC graduation. Despite the drive, which was surprisingly smooth, we found ourselves enveloped in comfort and luxury from the moment we arrived. With plenty of time to spare and a plethora of fantastic restaurants within arm's reach, our experience was nothing short of magical. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for anyone planning a visit to LA. It's not just a rental—it's an experience you'll cherish for years to come. Why spend twice as much in single hotel rooms when you can all have plenty of space in this amazing home, and not feel on top of each other and enjoy the space. There is something for everyone in this home. The owner was very accommodating, anything I mentioned we needed he made sure we had. The extra details are everywhere, from high end bathroom soaps, creams, towels, mirror to anything a high end chef would need. Plenty of onsite secure parking. Beautiful neighborhood with plenty of walking paths. Convenience meets luxury as this villa offers everything you need for a seamless stay, from plush linens and towels to fully stocked amenities. Family vacation

House is exactly what you see in the pictures. Beautiful, quiet, a lot of restaurants near by. Planning to go to Universal, it takes about 30 min to get there and an hour to get back home due to traffic we took the city streets, not to bad. Really need to spend more time at the house to enjoy everything for next time. The pool was amazing. One of the rooms we couldn’t shower in, water was too hot and couldn’t adjust it. Need better pots and pans for cooking. Overall would definitely go back. The host responded to my text right away and answer any questions I had.

Wonderful long weekend "staycation"

What you see in the pictures are pretty much what you see in person. The host was very communicative and responsive. The place is set up like a nice resort hotel and is very welcoming. My friends and i met for a staycation. We had a great time. The pool and jacuzzi was relaxing. The house is gorgeous. You really feel like you are on vacation. Location is wonderful, close to a bunch entertainment options. We had a great time. Highly reccomend.

Amazing Stay!

We came to town to showcase in LAFW with a group of 9. We had a great stay! The house is exactly as pictured and very spacious. All the bathrooms came in handy for our large group. The kitchen was great and had all the products you need to make everything. I just wish the weather had been better so we could of used the gorgeous pool. We’d definitely stay here again!
