It's fine, you get what you pay for

Property manager was friendly and communication was great - always quick with a response. We were there mainly for a beach trip, so we did not spend that much time in the house, so it worked fine for us. So, if location and price are the most important thing, this place is fine.Location is fine from a convenience standpoint (close to the 405, easy to get to the beach/food), but it's not in a neighborhood, it's a converted office building across a car dealership, so if you are traveling with little kids keep in mind you won't want them running around outside. It wasn't horribly noisy, but it's also not particularly quiet.The floors weren't very clean, we swept a lot after arrival, and basically all of the time we were there - whatever the flooring was (LVP) just held onto dirt like a magnet. They weren't awful, but it took more sweeping to be comfortable not having to wear shoes all of the time inside.No central A/C, front room did not have A/C, just units in each of the bedrooms, but the room with the fireplace in the picture did not have the portable A/C shown. Also, the sofa beds are small, fine for a kid, but one of them was really uncomfortable for our teen, so we had 1 less bed than expected. Sleeps 6 only works if you have family sharing beds.Kitchen was not very spacious - we really did not plan to cook, which worked out for us, since the fridge is maybe a 9.5cu ft unit, so hard to have stuff to make meals for a family with kids.

California, a nightmare

California, a nightmare. Vrbo and a person who appears to be the owner of the most unsavory place I've ever stayed in during a reservation. The location is good, but the cabin is old, dirty, and without air conditioning. Two vehicles were parked in front of the place, preventing me from easily entering and exiting the property. The photos on the app don't represent what we found there. Furthermore, we were accompanied by a visitor from Germany, who unfortunately had to share this unpleasant situation. I assure you that I will never, ever trust the app to search for a reservation again. Not able to add photos, I will try on email.Kalifornien, ein Albtraum.

nice place on busy street

The rental is a converted office space. It worked ok for our group and was reasonably priced. It is on a busy street but a nice safe neighborhood. Costco is three minutes away and there is a shopping center with market across the street. exterior has a digital lock but the interior locks could use an upgrade. Beds are very comfortable.

Ok for the Price but A Bit Misleading

The property was adequate for what I was looking for (a place to stay overnight prior to a cruise with 5 other family members), and it was generally decent with a reasonable price , especially for LA. However the photos (all inside the property, none outside) made it look nicer than the reality. The reality is that the home seems to have been upgraded from an old commercial business and the amenities are pretty dated and in some cases quite worn, mostly in the kitchen. I wouldn’t want to try to cook in there. The host was very nice and reasonable but the front door knob almost came off when you tried to open the door and the digital lock has some idiosyncrasies to be charitable. Finally although the property is billed as sleeping 6-8, the default assumption seems to be that the 6 people will all be couples, which wasn’t true in our case and there wasn’t enough bedding for our 6 family members. Luckily there is a Walmart down the street and we were able to buy an extra blanket there, but it would be good if there were a few extra sheets and blankets. That said, the host indicated that if we had made our requirements known she would have had extra bedding there.In summary, the location is good/convenient, the price is reasonable, the host is very nice, but the outside looks pretty rundown and the inside is not as nice as the pictures show.

Rams-Packers game

At first glance we were a little concerned because it looked tiny from the outside. We couldn't believe how spacious it was when we walked in! It was very clean and there was a lot of stores within walking distance. We Ubered to the game though. Betty was very easy to communicate with. Would stay here again

Price and location set this place apart

The property is minimally furnished, especially the kitchen. But it's clean and safe and located feet from a 405 on ramp. My goal was to be close to my kids for a visit and not have to remortgage my house to do it. I'll stay here again if the occasion presents itself.

Everything was great except ac

Everything was great they let us drop off our luggage early so we could go to our event without having to carry out around. Communication was good. Except the air conditioner in the master wasn't working. Couldn't get the window open either. It didn't ruin the stay but that room was really warm.

It was a cute little place clean rooms and easy access to the beach we enjoyed out stay and would recommend to family and friends who want to stay out here.
