House Rules & Guest Reminders
1. Please remove your shoes on carpeted areas to help us keep the space clean.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, including marijuana.
3. No open flames are allowed. Please do not use candles, incense, or any flammable items indoors.
4. Please clean and return all kitchenware after use. Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
5. Always lock all doors and windows when inside or leaving the house for your safety.
6. If any unregistered guests or visitors plan to come, please inform us in advance.
7. Parties and loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. Violations may result in a $500–$1,000 fine.
8. If garbage exceeds 10 bags, an additional $20 fee will be charged for each extra bag.
9. Parking is available in the 2-car garage, driveway, and on the community’s free street parking. Please check street sweeping signs before parking on the street.
10. Doorbell and exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance and outside the garage for safety purposes only.
