Located in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Los Barriles. Our home is situated in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance (20 min stroll, 1/2mile) to the beach, and a short drive to downtown. Our home backs up to the hills, and is set back from the street.

Central located - close to everything yet away from the hustle and bustle.

Kiteboarding, Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Kayaking, Paragliding - all within 5 minutes of the house!

The pool and jacuzzi are heatable w/ propane. This is an additional fee on top of the AirBNB stay.

QUAD AND SIDE BY SIDE RENTAL: Quads and Side by Sides can be be rented and delivered to the house and waiting for you during your stay. You also have LB`s premium local Quad and Side by Side rental shop about 4 blocks away. This is an additional fee but our property managers will arrange everything and get you the best rates in town.

Hot Tub / Jacuzzi cost $20 per day or $100 per week. (USD)

Pool heat cost is billed for actual propane used. Depending on your desired pool temp and outside temperature this can range from $200-800 per week. A $500 deposit is required if you want to. heat the pool. (USD)

The hot tub/pool heater and propane tank are computer controlled and monitored fore easy calculation. *Prices may change with propane cost, this is best estimate, management will give you exact information on booking*

The 10ft deep salt water pool was recently constructed less than a year ago (3ft in the shallow end). The pool waterfall runs during the day and is off at night. The pool maintenance person will come for about 1 hour twice a week. He speaks good english if you have questions about pool specifics during your stay.

Please message prior to booking if you have any questions about the pool or jacuzzi. Detailed instructions will come with your check-in information.

We will do our best to make sure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. The management team at LosBarriles.life is nearby and able to help you navigate any issues. However! Please be aware that the remote Baja still experiences frequent events such as No Power, No Water, No Propane, No Phones/Internet, Washed Out Roads, Wildlife and Farm Animal Encounters and more. Bring your no worries attitude and you will have a good time!

The internet is served by Elon Musk’s STARLINK high speed satellite internet. Although the internet is great and you can zoom, do wifi calling, Netflix and more. There are no guarantees as this is Baja Mexico and anything can happen with weather or power.
