Gut: Sauberkeit
Location, location, location! If you are willing to give a little on the aesthetics/details, this is a great option - a great deal for the location. It boasts a beautiful view of the pool and beach, and is walkable to many restaurants and shops around the marina. The condo itself could use some updating - cabinets, doors, countertops, etc are not in the best shape. But it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Both of the A/C units had issues - the one in the main living area was dripping water, and the one in the bedroom was very loud so we didn't end up running it at night. We contacted the owner, and it sounds like this is not a new issue. Some of the little details should have been taken care of by housekeeping - multiple light bulbs in the bathroom and bedroom were out - we found light bulbs and had to get a ladder out of the closet to change the bulb in the bedroom in order to be able to see! Also be aware that there is a 19.50/night resort charge, that I think should be noted in the listing. But compared to the cost for other units in the resort, we were willing to put up with some of the minor inconveniences. Such a beautiful resort, and we saw multiple whales off of our beach! (Also if you want a very good and affordable spot to eat, try Sancho's at the Marina!)
