The condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests in two spacious bedrooms, with an additional sleeper sofa available in the living room for extra guests.

* Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, generous closet space, and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a large shower and tiled bathtub.
* Guest Bedroom: King-size bed, ample storage, and an attached full bathroom.

The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation and gathering with family and friends. The comfortable living room includes a sofa sleeper, loveseat, and plenty of seating, flowing seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen features newer stainless-steel appliances and is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including cookware, dishes, utensils, glassware, spices, and essential kitchen supplies.

One of the best features of this condo is its ground-floor location and large private patio. Enjoy your morning coffee, soak up the Cabo sunshine, or unwind after a day of exploring. Step directly from the patio onto the resort grounds and enjoy easy access to the beach, pools, and restaurant without the need for stairs or elevators.

The lap pool is just a short walk away, while the main pool, Palapa Restaurant, and swim-up bar are conveniently located nearby. Terrasol's beachfront restaurant is a guest favorite, offering delicious meals, refreshing cocktails, and some of Cabo's most popular margaritas.

**Important Resort Fees**

All guests are subject to fees payable directly to Terrasol upon arrival:

Nightly Resort Fee:

* 1–2 guests: $19.50 per night
* 3–4 guests: $24.50 per night
* 5–6 guests: $29.50 per night

These fees cover all registered guests.

Cleaning Fee:

* $35.00 per stay

**Additional Information**

* This is a non-smoking unit.
* During storm season (July through October), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against weather-related delays or trip cancellations.
* During the months of May through October, Terrasol may have approved maintenance and renovation projects taking place throughout the resort. Construction activity may occur between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
* We are not responsible for weather-related events or other acts of nature beyond our control.
