House Rules & Access

• Maximum occupancy is 11 guests.

• No parties or large events without prior authorization.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM to preserve the peaceful rural setting.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the home.

Sensitive Septic System

The home operates on a sensitive septic system. To prevent damage:

• Only toilet paper may be flushed—no wipes, feminine products, diapers, or paper towels.

• Do not pour grease, oils, or food scraps down drains.

Your cooperation is appreciated.

Security & Safety

• Three outdoor security cameras are on-site: one facing the backyard and the others facing the driveway and home.

• No cameras are located indoors or in private areas.

• Fire pit must be used responsibly and in accordance with local conditions. Firewood not provided.

• Smoke detectors, CO detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first-aid kit are provided.

Rural Location Notes

• Surrounded by working farms, guests may hear typical country sounds.

• Wildlife and insects are common in rural areas, however the inside and outside of the home are treated for insects regularly.

• Less than 2 miles from Mohican State Park and minutes from downtown Loudonville.

Parking & Accessibility

• Ample on-site parking is available.

• Stairs are narrow and steep, and may be challenging for guests with mobility limitations.
