Freya's Farmhouse, The Grain Store & Molly's Cabin are all available to rent and combined with Pamella's Bonington Farm can sleep up to 20 people.

The Main Barn at the rear of the farm is our family home, so you may see us arriving/leaving. We ask that you are respectful of our home and to keep the noise down after midnight. Please do not wander past the black fencing over to the barn.

The price is based on occupancy so please be sure to add in your number of guests when booking.

Please also note - we are on the flight path to East Midlands airport and you may hear the aeroplanes overhead (although we are used to it and it does not bother us we provide earplugs for you should you want to use them)

If you are looking to book our space for a photoshoot/videography, you must notify us prior to bookingas there is a fee. Failure to do so can result in us shutting down the booking.

If you are looking to host an event or party please get in touch as we do charge a fee

Please note that we do not allow additional visitors who aren’t included on the booking

Please do not go ahead with a booking and then do any of the above, we have others in the building to think about and so we balance this out with them prior to accepting. Anyone found to be breaking our guidelines will have their booking cancelled.
