Harrods is a one-of-a-kind estate on over 5 private acres, just 30 minutes from downtown. Explore nearby attractions, then return to unwind in the hot tub, theater room, pond, arcade, or on the deck - or gather your favorite people here to celebrate life’s big moments.



This listing includes the main 4-bedroom home plus a detached event space with a 5th bedroom, for registered guests and events up to 16 people. Larger events up to 48 guests must be booked and coordinated separately.



Whether you’re visiting Louisville for a tournament, concert, Derby weekend, family trip, celebration, or just a relaxing getaway, the house was intentionally designed to keep guests comfortable, entertained, and connected throughout their stay.

~ Hot Tub: Relax and unwind in the private hot tub after a day exploring Louisville, Churchill Downs, the Bourbon Trail, or nearby attractions.

~ Theater Room: Kick back for movie nights in the private theater room featuring reclining seating and a large screen perfect for movies, sports, or late-night binge watching.

~ Game Room: Stay entertained with arcade games, pool, foosball, air hockey, board games, and plenty of space for friendly competition.

~ Fishing Pond + Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy peaceful mornings fishing in the stocked pond, evenings around the fire pit, and over 5 private acres that make the property feel like a true escape from the city.

~ Fire Pit: Gather around the fire at night for s’mores, conversation, and quality time under the stars. Firewood is not provided, but can be purchased nearby.

~ Outdoor Dining + Deck: Enjoy meals outside, morning coffee on the deck, or simply relax and take in the peaceful setting.

~ Fully Stocked Kitchen + Grill: The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and essentials needed to comfortably cook for groups. A grill is also available for outdoor cooking.

~ Multiple Living Areas: With several spaces throughout the home to gather or spread out, the house works well for large groups without ever feeling crowded.

~ High-Speed WiFi: Fast WiFi makes it easy to stream, work remotely, or stay connected during your stay.

~ Parking: Plenty of parking is available for multiple vehicles.

~ Traveling with Kids: A pack-and-play and high chair are provided to help make traveling with little ones easier.

~ Event Space: The event space is a stylish, private venue for your registered group of up to 16, with a flexible open layout perfect for dinners, game nights, and intimate celebrations. Any gathering with more than 16 guests is not included in this reservation and must be approved and coordinated with your host in advance.

This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, making it ideal for families, friend groups, retreats, and gatherings.

~ Bedroom 2 (Main Level): Two queen beds, TV, and closet.

~ Bedroom 3 (Main Level): Two queen beds, TV, and closet.

~ Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): King bed, coffee bar, TV, and dresser.

~ Loft: Queen sized pullout couch, TV, and desk.



Detached event space -

~ Bedroom 5 (Detached Building): Queen bed
