Stellar Suite is a 100% non-smoking facility (not even the vape kind). Any evidence of smoking of any kind inside Stellar Suites Boutique Hotel will result in a penalty fee. Please be mindful of shared outdoor spaces if you choose to smoke outside, and dispose of your butts appropriately.
Pets:
No pets, not even the cute ones. A $200 fee will be charged if violated.
Photography / Commercial Use:
Commercial photography and filming are prohibited on the property without prior approval from Stellar Suite Management. A $1000 fee will be charged if violated.
Housekeeping:
House cleaning service can be arranged during guests stay based on availability for $40 a day. Let us know if you would like to add this service.
Furniture and Room Furnishings:
Treat our space like you would your own home. Please do not move our furniture! Guests are responsible for any property damage and agree to pay any associated repair fees.
Candles:
For guest safety and the protection no candles or incense, please!

Stellar Suites is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that may occur while on the premises or while using our facilities. We are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables.
Guests must vacate the rental promptly unless agreed upon beforehand. Late fees apply.
