Enjoy you stay in this spacious newly renovated to a high standard, 1 bedroom apartment, 1st floor situated in Quinta Do Lago, just minutes walk to the beach, the Ria Formosa National Park and restaurants, including The Shack, Casa do Lobo, Bovino’s, Casa Vehla and Gigi’s.

The apartment sleeps up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children up to the age of 16. There is a spacious lounge, fully fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one master ensuite bathroom and one guest showeroom with sink and WC suitable for 2 children or 1 adult), 2 balconies, a roof terrace, swimming pool, free parking and 24 hour security and tennis courts.

The master ensuite bedroom with balcony has a superkingsize bed.

The lounge has a double sofa bed and an additional foldaway bed can also be provided at an additional cost of 20 euros a night, suitable for 1 child. A cot and highchair can also be provided at no extra cost. Beach towels can be provided for an additional the cost of 10 euros per towel.

The apartment has been fully renovated to a high standard. The full kitchen, offers an integrated oven and microwave, full fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, hairdryer and lockable safe.

There is parking immediatley outside the apartment, WiFi, 55 inch plasma TV, outdoor pool and bar, tennis courts, and 2 bikes are available to hire for 20 euros each a day.

Please ensure that you are aware of the check in time of after 3pm and check out time 11am when booking flights. Early and late checkin/outs can only be provided subject to availability.

If you require an early Check In or late Check Out earlier than and later than 1pm this can be provided at a cost of 75 euros - subject to availability.
