The space

Our boutique Hunter Valley accommodation caters to a maximum of six couples at a time ensuring you can enjoy our sanctuary and the environment as nature intended – with complete peace and privacy.

Our 4 beautifully appointed boathouses with opulent timber furnishings, offer a luxurious king size bed with the finest quality linen, marble tiling, double showers and stone baths, air conditioning, small mini bar, Nespresso machine. Each boathouse sleeps a maximum of two adults and contains a private deck situated over the Lotus Pond which allows for complete immersion with nature without sacrificing on indulgence.

Use the Villa as your base to entertain and gather with your guests. This jewel of the crown offers accommodation for a further four adults with everything you might need to relax and unwind. Our large and luxurious king bedrooms provide the ultimate away from home comfort. Each room opens out to an ensuite, and there is a third bathroom off the living space.

Make yourself at home and relax with friends in the large open living and dining space which opens onto a large deck with panoramic views over the Lotus pond, the villa also contains a complete kitchen fitted with all the modern conveniences you might need during your stay.

Indulge in your rainforest and watery surroundings, enjoy the heated outdoor shower, or bask in the sunshine like one of our resident turtles on your private deck, the choice is yours.

We provide complete privacy and as such value non-intrusive service, on the day of check-in you will receive your individual access code to enter your boathouse, filled with everything you need to enjoy your stay with us.
