We offer pre-stacking - $60 charge plus the price of groceries
Housing keeping - $60 daily

I will be a phone call away. I do have a property manager/security who will be just 30 minutes away. Any issues on property will be directed to him or me and we will get them addressed as soon as humanly possible.

The home is located in a 24 hour manned gated community about 25 mins from the center of Montgo Bay town center - Fairview Shopping Center.

We are located 4 minutes from Dolphin Cove
We are located 9 Minutes from Chukka - Horseback Riding, ATV and other attractions
We are allocated 2 minutes drive from the - Grand Palladium resort
We sit right in the middle of Montego bay Airport and the Famous Negril resort town. Aproximately 37 mins drive will take you to Negril

A short 5 minutes walk to the main entrance will give you access to local transportation.
In addition - we can connect you with transportation service for entire stay – starting at 200 per day for up to 4
guest -
$30 per day for each additional guest.
This covers unlimited rides, 24 hours daily to all your desired destination.

Please note that is important to state the correct number of guest as you will not be able to get on property with any guest that is not listed on the reservation. There shall be no sleep
Over without prior approval and this will attract and extract guest fee. If you found to have breached this agreement, you will be required to pay immediately or will be expelled from the property.
