One room consists of a king-size bed, and the other is a queen-size. Duvets and blankets with extra pillows and AC units are included in bedrooms and the living room. The living room space has a three-seater sofa plus an oversized chair. The dining table with comfortable padded seats is fit for six people. Designated work space as well.

The kitchen is fully equipped with purified water, an electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, "bullet," coffee maker, refrigerator, "French door" with freezer, baking pans, pots, and utensils. A washer and dryer are also provided in a separate room.
