Lake Daze is a luxury home located directly across from the Stearns Public Beach Lake Michigan access in the heart of Downtown Ludington. Truly a vacationer's dream with an unbeatable location, breathtaking views, beautiful interior and endless amenities. Boasting a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, linens/towels, and central air for your convenience and comfort. You'll find plenty of space to sit back and relax in the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room and living room. The 3 Season Room provides even more space for your family to enjoy while taking in the beautiful views this home has to offer.

The large main suite, located upstairs, offers a king size bed, fireplace, TV, private bathroom with walk in shower, work space with monitor and a private balcony overlooking Lakeshore Drive, Stearns Beach and Lake Michigan. Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs with a Jack and Jill bathroom in between. These bedrooms offer a queen size bed in one and two twin beds in the other. For your convenience there is a fourth bedroom located on the main floor offering an additional queen size bed. You will find the third full bathroom and laundry room on the main level as well. Need more space? This modern home has a third level we like to refer to as a bonus/kids room. This space offers games and a TV as well as two futons providing two additional sleeping accommodations for a total of 10-12 guests. PLEASE NOTE, the bonus/kids space is not air conditioned. Additional fees of $50/night, per occupant will apply for bookings with more than 10 guests. 12 guest maximum.

Lake Daze is positioned on a large corner lot and offers an expansive and luscious yard for you to enjoy. The backyard includes a parking pad, basketball hoop and small dog run. Additionally, you will find an outdoor dining table and chairs, gas grill and a firepit (wood provided) with plenty of seating to gather around and pass the time while taking in our beautiful northern Michigan evenings. Need to wash away the sand after spending a fun filled day at the beach? Lake Daze has you covered providing an outdoor shower located along the backside of the home. If front porch sitting is more your style you will be delighted with the front porch at Lake Daze. Sip on some ice tea while swinging on the porch swing taking in the sights of Stearns Beach or relax and socialize on the additional porch furniture provided. This area is equipped with lighting, so you can take full advantage of this space into the evenings.

Lake Daze is Dog friendly with a fee. Pet Fee(s) of $100/pet will apply. 2 pet maximum. Pets must be crated when home alone; Dog crate available upon request. Dog run provided!

For security purposes only, there are two Ring Cameras located on the exterior of the property. One is located on the front porch and views the front door, front porch and part of the front yard. The other is located on the back deck and views the back door, patio area and the doors to the detached garage.
