The Space:
The main entrance of this private home is located on the lower level, with additional access on the second level via steps. Entering the lower level, you're greeted by a down-to-earth entertaining lounge with a bar equipped with a mini fridge and neon signs. Plus, there's a nice desk area with a view of the wooded surroundings for those working away from home. This space also acts as the mudroom with space to hang your gear.
The stairs lead you to the main living level of the home with the kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, one bath, and access to the private deck and the hot tub located out of the additional entrance. The full kitchen boasts a small island with space for two to dine as well as spacious countertops and all of the cooking utensils you need. The dining area seats up to six guests with pretty views thanks to the large sliding door to the deck. Off the kitchen you will find the bunk room, perfect for young ones with three single beds and a full bed. Next door there is a queen bedroom and a shared full bathroom for the main floor. The focus of the home is the living space with soaring ceilings up to the lofted bedroom. Cozy up on the sectional next to the convenient gas fireplace or play a board game around the coffee table.
The upper level has a lovely lofted bedroom suite as well as an office space on the landing. Work on your computer with views out of the soaring windows in the living room and watch the snow fall. This bedroom is tucked away with a private bathroom and even extra space for a dog bed or a baby crib.
