The living room features an L-shaped sectional, two recliners, a wood-burning fireplace, smart TV, and a vintage-style record player with a collection of vinyl. This level also has one queen bedroom, a full bath, and deck access from both the living room and the 3-season room — perfect for grilling or hot tub nights.
