The Space:
This ski home is located inside Bixby House, a slopeside hotel-style property at Okemo Mountain's Jackson Gore Resort. Upon arrival, you will access the garage at "Bixby South" with your key fob and you'll find heated, underground parking. From the garage, you will access the lobby elevators and head up to the second floor. On your floor, you will also find the ski trail access through the mountainside lobby as well as the owner's library for reading or working. Down the hall, you'll find your double-unit suite awaiting you! Enter the unit with your key fob and you'll be greeted with a large mudroom with lots of bench seating and storage for your gear. Please do not bring your ski gear inside, as per hotel policy. We offer our guests on-mountain slopeside ski lockers for easy access!

The mudroom connects both sides of the suite. To the left is the family-style suite with two bedrooms, and two baths, and the living space with kitchen and dining room. To the right is the king-sized suite with a private bath and a full bed, an oversized bedroom with a gas fireplace, and your own "wing" with lots of storage, a microwave, coffee maker, and a mini fridge. This suite sleeps up to eight guests between the three bedrooms.

Inside the main unit, the living space includes a full-sized kitchen, a dining room with seating for eight, and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, and a balcony. Step out onto the deck and you'll be taken by the beautiful mountain views. Watch the skiers pass by or witness the snowmaking teams work into the night from afar. The first room in this unit features two queen-sized beds and views of the ski trails. The king bedroom features a nicely sized room with a private bathroom and a bunk bed. If you're looking for even more privacy for one of the couples in your group, they can escape to the other side of the unit in their own private king suite. This side is separate but connected to the main living area.

This property is ideally located at Jackson Gore and is often referred to as one of the best locations for ski-in/ski-out on Okemo Mountain. There are so many amenities available to you including the Spring House, the Ice House, the outdoor hot tubs right outside your door (for the Bixby House guests only), the Adventure Zone winter and summer activities, the Coleman Brook Tavern and Lobby Bar for dining and drinking, and the access to the beginner slopes and summit chairlifts.
