This ski condo is located on the second floor of the Okemo Mountain Lodge C-Building. This building sits slopeside at the Clocktower Base Area with direct access to the A & B Quads, as well as the F-10 Magic Carpet. Okemo`s Ski School meetup areas are just steps away for those taking a lesson. Plus, the base lodge is right out your door for dining, shopping, rentals, lockers, and more.

Entering into the home, the open living space features an updated kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, marble countertops, and a breakfast bar with room for four. The cozy living room features a pull-out couch with sleeping space for two guests, as well as a gas fireplace, to warm up after your day on the slopes. The sliding doors off the living room lead to the private deck that overlooks the base area and ski trails!

The slopeside-facing bedroom features a king-sized bed along with a television, bench seating, and storage space for your gear. The bathroom offers a full-sized shower with a tub just across from the bedroom. This one-bedroom unit has everything you need for a convenient getaway to the slopes of Okemo with your family, partner, or friends!
By booking this listing, the guest agrees to the following:

1. Rental Term: The rental term begins on your Check-in date at the advertised check-in time and ends on Check-out Date at the advertised check-out time

2. Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is 4. This limit includes all adults and children.

3. House Rules: The Guest agrees to abide by the following house rules:

Smoking: No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the property.

Pets: No pets allowed

Noise: Quiet hours are from 9:00PM to 8:00AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.

Parties/Events: No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted.

Parking: Use provide parking permits

4. Guest Responsibilities: The Guest agrees to:

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

Only use appliances for their intended purpose.

Report any maintenance issues or damage immediately to the Host.

Not move furniture or change the layout of the property.

5. Host`s Right of Entry: The Host reserves the right to enter the property in case of an emergency or for pre-arranged maintenance.

6. Indemnification: The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host from any and all claims, including those for personal injury, property damage, or loss of life, arising out of the use of the property.

7. Entire Agreement: This Agreement, along with the Terms of Service from your booking platform and the listing`s House Rules, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
