Les Jardins de la Contie is exclusively available for you to host all your friends for a wedding, a family celebration, a reunion, or simply a gathering with friends.
The maximum capacity of the property is 200 people. However, for groups exceeding 40 people, the addition of a marquee must be considered, set up in the specially designed area on the property.
Given the check-in time (from 5:00 PM) and check-out time (before 10:30 AM), the exclusive use formula requires a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Depending on the season, you will have 12 to 17 sleeping accommodations spread across 2 bedrooms integrated into the main house and 2 charming dry-stone cottages. Each cottage includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 single beds in a mezzanine, 1 bathroom with a toilet, and a private garden.
The medieval dining room, with its grand monumental fireplace, is directly connected to the various accommodations. It provides 40m² of space for gatherings, whether for breakfast, cocktails, meals, or meetings.
Each house or room has its own bathroom and toilet.
In the Total Exclusive Use formula, sheets and towels are provided*

The fully landscaped garden, with its secret gardens, small woodland, and a secure area around the pool with its pool house (ideal for cocktails or receptions), as well as its covered area equipped with a fitted kitchen, is accessible throughout your stay.
During the season, you will also have access to the pool, reserved exclusively for residents.
It is an overflow pool with two basins connected by an overflow from the bubbling bath (3m x 2m x 0.40m - ideal for young children) to the larger one (12m x 6m x 1.20 to 2.20m). The pool is heated and salt-filtered (no chlorine).
The entire area is secured with access gates and safety systems.
The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September, depending on weather conditions.
Payment of the confirmation deposit implies acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale as presented on our website.
Confirmation is made upon receipt of the deposit, with the balance paid or deducted 30 days before the arrival date.
