The instructions will provide all local features, parking possibilities, the best recommendation regarding places to see and visit Luxembourg, and access to the building and find your apartment.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in the famous District of Luxembourg’s old town, Ville Haute, which centers on Place Guillaume II, a medieval square with al fresco cafes and smart brasseries. It is the most happening part of Luxembourg and a few minutes walk to the city centre. The apartment has access to easy public transport options by bus, tram etc.



Getting Around:

The apartment is 10 minutes from the main train/bus station in Luxembourg, Gare Centrale.

The apartment can be reached via local cab from Luxembourg Airport in approx 15 - 20 min.



There are other means of transportation like the bus, tram, and Webtaxi, or you can pre-arrange your airport transfer by Towncar. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

The balcony was a nice bonus!

The apartment was in a great location close to bus & tram stops. After a day of touring the city, the balcony was the perfect place to relax and still take in the views (and morning coffee on the balcony was also great)! The apartment was managed by ARCA Properties and they were great to deal with. They were quick to respond to my inquires and would even follow up to ensure everything went smooth. I would definitely rent this apartment again!

A few things

I made a mistake in booking this. I assumed a new building would have air conditioning, but i was mistaken. When it is hot outside, it was impossible to sleep at night. Although we had booked for 3 nights, we left after the first night. The apartment looks nice, but a few things. A tiny packet of shampoo and shower gel, enough for 1 person, meaning we would have to find a store to buy some. The beautiful closet had pullout drawers, but they were unusable because they can only open about an inch because they hit the door frame. Why anyone would not have had this corrected is weird to me. Unlike most places, if you wanted I early they wanted to charge, even if the apartment was ready prior to our checking in, we could not arrive 1 minute early. If we wanted extra towels, there was a charge. Seems like a corporate run place. There wasn't anything directly in the area, but only about a 5-10 minute walk to assume restaurants and stores. Apartment is spacious and looked great.

Flat itself was really nice and located in a terrific area giving easy access to buses, trams, restaurants and shopping. A few issues inside the flat
excess particle board shelving stacked on top of washer, curtains throughout pooled on floor presenting a tripping hazard, pullout shelves in large bedroom closet blocked by sliding doors and shower wand leaking. The most disturbing was the management company making us wait outside with luggage for over an hour because of “the system” not generating access codes. Mgt company in France and constantly said call back in 10 minutes or “out of our control.”

Apartment with two balconies

This is a nice two-bedroom, two-bath apartment. It was carefully cleaned and all appliances worked well, as did the wifi. The property is located just off a main street and there is a tram stop just a few minutes away -- and all public transportation in Luxembourg is free for everyone, including tourists. There is ample furniture and the unit is spacious. There are two furnished balconies. There are several grocery stores all within approximately one-half mile of the apartment; numerous stores and restaurants are a short walk away.

Wonderful apartment

We stayed a week, and everything was outstanding. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Very near the best sites it visit in Luxembourg. Close to bus stops and tram. Very secure.
