Charming House in the Heart of Lynchburg, Virginia

This cozy home away from home is located in the heart of Lynchburg, Virginia, and within 10 minutes of the area’s local universities. This home is situated right off Timberlake Road and Ward’s Road, making it easy to get anywhere in Lynchburg and Forest. It is also near some great local places to grab a bite to
eat. The home is located off the main roads in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle of the local universities, making it a fantastic location to work, sleep, or catch up with family.

This 1,500-square-foot home includes two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom includes a queen bed and a large window to provide guests with natural light. The second bedroom features two twin beds with a window as well. The home also includes a washer and dryer in unit, 65” smart TV in the living room (guests can log into their own streaming services), and free wifi. Two full rolls of paper towels and toilet paper, coffee pods, sugar, creamer, and tea are also in the home for guests to utilize. While the spacious kitchen is fully operational for guests and includes everything needed for those who wish to curate homecooked meals, the home is conveniently located near many of the delicious restaurants and popular dessert venues located around Lynchburg and Forest. Outside the home, guests will find a spacious deck and backyard that allows guests to soak up the beautiful Virginia weather during their stay. The yard isn’t fully fenced in, but it is distinctly separate from neighbors’ yards.

Guest will have the property all to themselves during their stay!

Check-in is hassle free with specialized key codes. However, we live only a few minutes away and are available for any questions or assistance if need be!

There is free off-street parking available for up to 4 vehicles.

**Do note that we have created the property to be clean, toxin, and allergen free. We use enzymatic cleaners—no harsh chemicals or toxins in our cleaning supplies—only “clean, non-toxic” products.**

Guests will find themselves only four minutes away from the University of Lynchburg
10 minutes from Liberty University
and 11 minutes from the Lynchburg Regional Airport
