Liebevoll eingerichtetes B & B
Unser Aufenthalt war in der wärmsten Woche seit Jahren. Daher war das Zimmer im 2. OG auch extrem warm. Aber ansonsten war alles super. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch mit Tipps bei der Routenplanung für den Abreisetag.

Southview Guest house was the best we stayed at on our whole week trip around the south west of England. Byran was a brilliant host. By far the best breakfast we have had in a guest house. The room was incredible with a view of the town and hills. It was truly the most magical night spent in the quaint little town, Lynton. Bryan's recommendation of the coastal walk was the highlight of our whole trip. I could not recommendation Southview enough. It was perfect.

Confortable hotel near coastal path
Room was great, breakfast was good with friendly hosts who couldn't do enough to make my stay memorable.

A short walk from the High Level Railway
Pros:It was so clean; modern decor, soft fluffy towels and comfy bed!
Location:Short walk from Higher level railway. Local shops. Handy for the bus stop to Ilfracombe.
As two walkers on the South West Coastal Path, (Minehead to Combe Martin) "South View" was the best B&B we stayed at. A very warm welcome greeted us. Modern decor and furnishings provided a very light homely atmosphere, in this older terraced house. Although our twin room was at the back, it was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The ensuite was a bit snug but certainly adequate with plenty of hot water, shower gels, soap and hand cream dispensers and lovely soft fluffy towels. We had our own table for breakfast, with a good selection of juices, fresh fruit, cereals and preserves to choose from the side tables. The cooked breakfast was superb - choices were made night before - my full english was well cooked and presented on a hot plate; my colleague had poached eggs "done to perfection" as well as plenty of toast. All in all a delightful stay and we both said we would certainly return for a longer stay, thus enabling us to see more of the area.
