Welcome to our charming studio, ideally located in the historic district of Lyon's 1st arrondissement. Explore its small shops, art galleries, theaters, bars, and typical restaurants serving Lyonnaise specialties.

The accommodation features the following amenities:

The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, induction cooktops, a Nespresso coffee machine, a small refrigerator, a kettle, as well as dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
The shower room with a glass roof includes a sink, storage cabinets, a mirror, and the toilet.

The nearby Quai Saint Vincent is a charming promenade along the Saône. With small boutiques, cafés, and green spaces, it’s a perfect place to stroll and enjoy the peaceful riverside atmosphere.

PART-DIEU STATION / APARTMENT:
To reach the apartment from Part-Dieu Station, take Metro Line B towards St-Genis-Laval Hôp. Sud, and get off at Place Guichard Bourse du Travail. Then take bus C14 towards Les Sources and get off at Homme de la Roche RD. The apartment is a 4-minute walk away.

ST EXUPERY AIRPORT / APARTMENT:
To reach the apartment from St Exupéry Airport, take the Rhône Xpress to Part-Dieu Station. Then, take Metro Line A towards Perrache and get off at Hôtel de Ville Louis Pradel. Finally, take bus 19 towards Montessuy Gutenberg and get off at Duroc. The apartment is a 4-minute walk away.
