Meticulously updated, this cottage spans three floors, providing ample space for your group to relax and unwind. The four bedrooms are thoughtfully designed and furnished with your comfort in mind, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration.

The main floor features a spacious and inviting living room opening to the sunroom with panoramic views of Lake Michigan. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with modern appliances, beautiful finishes, and is connected to a butler's pantry equipped with all the necessities for the chef in your group. Share meals in the open dining area or take advantage of the main floor screened-in porch, perfect for al fresco dining and enjoying the gentle Lake Michigan breeze.

Three of the four bedrooms are located on the upper level. The primary bedroom has a king bed, lake views, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Two additional full baths accommodate these rooms. This floor also features a cozy library space perfect for catching up on emails or your favorite book. A second attached screened porch can be found on this floor as well.

A fourth bedroom with a queen bed can be found on the lower level along with a full bath. This floor also offers an additional living space and walks out directly to the shoreline.

PARKING
There is parking available for a maximum of four vehicles.

THE LOCATION
Private beach access allows you to explore Lake Michigan at your leisure. Take a stroll along the water's edge to the iconic Big Red Lighthouse, build sandcastles, or simply bask in the warm sun and sand.

Mac Hills, with its rich history and charm, provides a perfect backdrop for your vacation and is just a short drive to award-winning downtown Holland and the artist's enclave of Saugatuck/Douglas. Explore the local culture, choose from a myriad of dining options, shopping, and entertainment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.

"Such a beautiful home with a stunning view! We especially loved the screened porch and sunroom on the main floor. The open kitchen floor plan makes it easy to socialize while prepping meals. The bottom floor worked well for the couple with a small child. The extra space downstairs was wonderful for her to have room to play. The upstairs bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. This made it nice if some wanted to stay up; they could, while others could go up and sleep away from any noise. The beach is just steps away, which made it so convenient.
