🔸The lower level is unfinished but clean and dry. It hosts the gym, ping pong, and a two arcade games, couches and 70" smart TV

🔸After brewing your complimentary coffee or heating some tea, step outside onto the private deck overlooking the backyard and pool.

First, no vehicle should remain in the “same spot” on the street for more than 48 consecutive hours. So please move your vehicle if it's going to be parked without moving anywhere for 2 consecutive days. Secondly, no overnight street parking is allowed November 15th to March 15th for snow removal purposes. This is a Town of Sun Prairie guideline. You’ll be at risk for a ticket if you park overnight on the street between these dates.

A quiet, upscale, and family orientated neighborhood close to a park, and all things Madison related.

Vehicle will be your best form of transportation.
Other Things to Note:
🔹 Two pets are allowed (there is a pet fee), but must be on the reservation. Additionally, pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub.
🔸 Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather or personal emergencies. We are sorry for an inconveniences this may cause. If this is a concern of yours, there's travel insurance for your stay through the booking platform.
🔹 Before your arrival, we kindly ask that you complete a quick guest verification through our trusted third-party provider, Guesty. This request is within the guidelines of this platform's terms and conditions, and helps us ensure a safe experience for our guests and our properties kept in great condition.
