Spectacular renovated apartment with rustic style in the heart of the city. Fully equipped to spend perfect days visiting the city.

You will enjoy a space equipped with everything you need for a stay in total comfort for two people, a few meters from the heart of the city and the perfect tranquility to rest.



-You will enjoy a cozy space prepared for a perfect stay, with a spectacular rustic decoration, a space with exposed wooden beams that provide a great spaciousness and light to the space.



Bedroom: with a 1.35cm double bed, wardrobe, exterior window with lots of light and air conditioning.

Living room: with dining table, TV, high speed internet, air conditioning and windows with exterior views.

Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare what you need. You will have at your disposal a modern washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. You will also have a toaster and a ceramic hob along with complete crockery and cutlery.

Bathroom: Perfect bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet. You will also find shampoo, gel, towels and a hair dryer.

The apartment comes fully equipped with bedding, duvet, towel sets, etc.



The apartment is located in a beautiful building, very quiet and with exterior windows to Noviciado Street. It has an elevator although it is on the first floor. Access is completely safe and autonomous, you will access the accommodation with total security and without the need for keys, it is a very comfortable and efficient system.



Located in the heart of one of the most fashionable neighborhoods of the capital, is our apartment, where fashion and urban culture are trends. You can walk through one of the streets with the most shops and cafes in all of Madrid, as well as being next to the main tourist stops such as: Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Sol, Plaza España, etc.

The property isn't as nice as it looked online but it was adequate and in a good location. There is a lot of nearby construction so don't rent this one if you plan to get any rest during the day!

I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me. The communication from the host was non-existent. The wi-fi didn’t work the entire time. I contacted them every day ( I stayed 5 nights) to tell them I needed the correct wi-fi password. (I was cut and pasting it from their email, so it wasn’t a typing issue.) There was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. There was no soap in the kitchen to wash anything. There were also no towels of any kind for the kitchen area.There was mold in the shower and the walls were dirty. The bed was absolutely unacceptable. I would recommend for the owner of this property to lay down in this bed, to experience it for themselves. There was a dip so large that I could roll down from one side to the other. The walls were paper thin. There was literally a crack in my front door that I could see out of and into. I could hear everything. People talking, walking, coming and going, having sex and getting into the room, with the loud entry code, at all hours of they and night. The elevator is not an amenity despite being in the details of the listing. And that cute little patio, doesn’t exist.I have pictures of everything, that I will share.

The biggest problem was the fact that the walls are paper thin, noise is a big problem with this complex,you can hear everything in the next room and that wasn’t good,it actually has several apartments all on the same floor and one common hallway so doors slamming etc etc keep you awake most of the night.The apartment had almost nothing in the way of dishes or food preparation or cutlery, I guess that’s why they didn’t bother with any dish towels or even a sink plug ( so you couldn’t do the dishes even if you’d had any!)

All You need in One Place

We had a great stay at the beautiful loft. Everything we needed was available in one place. We love the cabin feeling. The place is beautiful decorated. The kitchen area is very comfortable. The description in VRBO doesn’t give justice to the loft. The bed could be a little firmer. Other than that, the place is very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay again.
