This beautiful and cozy apartment is located near the great Plaza de España, an ideal place to share and meet outdoors. The apartment has 1 bedroom, and has a capacity for 4 people.



It is located a few minutes from the Gran Vía Galería Shopping Center, an area highly supplied with services and stores, where nearby we can find the Santo Domingo subway station and the Dia supermarket.



The apartment has one bedroom, the stay is united in a bright and spacious living room, separate kitchen fully equipped with utensils and appliances to complement the stay, has a bathroom with shower. As well as different elements that will make your stay even more comfortable, such as heat pump heating, WiFi network, flat TV, washing machine.

Do not stay here if you want to enjoy your stay in Madrid

Staying in this accommodation by Juan and Bea was a nightmare, to put it kindly. When we made our reservation, Vrbo accidentally made two bookings even though we had only requested one (we were a group of three and did not need two flats). This could’ve been a very simple problem to solve, but the hosts profusely refused to issue us a refund of over $1000 for the apartment that we did not request or use despite us reaching out to both the hosts and Vrbo about the issue. We tried resolving the issue with the hosts via the Vrbo chat for days and received unhelpful responses which purposely avoided the important matter at hand. They only started taking us seriously when we threatened to mark the transaction as fraudulent with my bank (which I have done). The hosts are unhelpful, greedy, and happy to steal over $1000 from their guests despite us communicating that this was a mistake on Vrbo’s part as soon as the problem arose. The apartment was bare and there were no decorations on the wall. It felt like we were sleeping in a jail cell and it looked nothing like the pictures. Additionally, when Vrbo customer support contacted the hosts on our behalf, they informed us that the people who picked up the phone did not speak English, despite the listing claiming that they can communicate in English. These hosts DO NOT CARE about their guests and I strongly advise that you stay away from this accommodation if you want to enjoy your stay in Madrid. We only had two days in Madrid an

Amazing Location, Some Issues

The location is incredible. Right by Plaza de Espana and the metro station. The apartment had a few issues. There were ants in the bathroom, kitchen and living room. It took two days for the hosts to come out to bring ant traps so we were unable to have any food in the apartment as ants appeared each time we did. They did offer to spray insecticide but we had children with us and did not want those chemicals sprayed in a small apartment. We also had a problem with keys to the apartment. There was only one key so if one person wanted to leave, the other person would need to either be locked in the apartment without a way to get out or we had to leave the door unlocked. This was not safe. The bathroom had a strange smell but the shower was nice. The toilet is so close to the wall that you have to sit at an angle. It was a good price for the location and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was too small to be used in any way. No paper towels or tissues in the apartment but there was plenty of toiled paper. Hosts communicated well but didn't solve our two big issues of keys and ants in a reasonable amount of time or at all.

Perfect location for Exploring Madrid

In addition to the good location, the apartment was clean and adequately equipped for 2 persons. Although we never saw the managers, they were quickly responsive to our requests. The only concern for us was the bed was too firm for our liking. Others may prefer this? Overall, a very nice stay.

El apartamento esta súper ubicado a pasos de gran vía y de plaza España, el Metro y bus muy cerca. El apartamento que elegimos era pequeño pero Funcional. El check in muy fácil, todo vía internet ✅
