The rental must be for work, personal or family reasons, and the tenant must reside outside Madrid and, of course, never make this property their permanent residence (but rather their temporary residence), nor register themselves at this address.

The layout of the apartment is functional, offering both comfort and privacy. Upon entering, a hallway leads to the first two single bedrooms, each equipped with a 90 x 200 cm bed and wardrobe.
