It is designed with vibrant living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a double couch bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

In front, the open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.

The sleeping space is modernly decorated, and it includes a comfortable double bed and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Located in Usera, Madrid, this vibrant neighbourhood offers an authentic local experience while being well-connected to the city's main attractions. Known for its multicultural atmosphere, Usera is home to diverse cuisine, bustling markets, and beautiful parks like Pradolongo Park, perfect for a relaxing stroll. With easy access to Madrid’s metro and bus network, visitors can quickly reach Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, and the Prado Museum, making it an excellent base for exploring the city.

Beyond its convenient location, Usera is also famous for its lively cultural scene, hosting events like the Chinese New Year celebrations, which reflect the area's rich diversity. Whether indulging in traditional Spanish tapas, discovering local boutiques, or enjoying the neighbourhood’s unique charm, visitors will find plenty to explore before returning to a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The bus stop “Antonio Lopez—Mariblanca” is only a 3-minute walk from the property, and the subway “Usera” is only 12 minutes away.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
