Located just 1 minute from the metro stop, this apartment is an ideal place to make Madrid your home. Please note it is on a basement level (-1) and has been recently renovated to maximize space.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
