Sunny apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, patio and PARKING space, in the heart of Malaga. Nice and very bright, with an unbeatable location to enjoy the historic center, in one of the most charming squares in the city, but within a quiet urbanization, where the noise of the city does not reach. Less than 6 minutes walk from the Picasso Museum, 7 minutes walk from the Cathedral and 6 minutes walk from the emblematic Larios street. It has two beautiful balconies where the afternoon sun shines. It is a spacious house, in which all the details have been taken care of. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed (one of them large: 180x200 cm.) while the third of the rooms has three single beds, in a set of bunk beds and a trundle bed. The main room is very spacious, it has a balcony, an en-suite bathroom, a large smart TV and a bright workspace with a large desk and sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher and a washing machine. It has free WIFI (high-speed fiber optic, 1000 megabytes, 1GB), smart TV and hot/cold air conditioning.

Spacious apartment with three bedrooms, balconies, patio and free parking space. It has three bedrooms, one of them with a superking bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom, a work area, a balcony and a large smart TV; another bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and a third with three single beds arranged in a bunk-trundle bed set. The spacious and bright living-dining room also opens onto a balcony. It has a large smart TV, free Wi-Fi (1GB) and hot/cold air conditioning. The modern kitchen is very well equipped, with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, capsule coffee machine, kettle, and everything you need to cook. It is located on the first floor with an elevator. It is important to note that at the moment the hydromassage bathtub that appears in the bathroom photos is not available, due to technical problems, the two showers available to guests must be used.
âIn the heart of Malaga:
It is a spacious and very bright accommodation, located in a well-known square in the historic center. It has two beautiful balconies from which to look out over the quiet residential housing area where it is located. Everything important is close. Plaza de Uncibay is less than a two-minute walk away, the Picasso Museum and Plaza de la Merced are less than 6 minutes away on foot, and all the museums, monuments and main streets of the city can be visited on foot. It is an ideal location to enjoy the museums, walks, gardens and monuments of the center. Around are also the most popular shopping streets, restaurants, taverns and cafes where life takes place and the most genuine and cosmopolitan atmosphere in the center.

The apartment has all the comforts for the use of our guests: air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, smart TV, kettle, hairdryer, iron, cot and high chair for babies, etc. Free WIFI, high-speed internet (1,000 mega fiber optic, 1 GB).Guests have an exclusive free medical care service (non-hospital) during their stay.
-How to move:
It is exceptionally located, in the center of Malaga, but you will not have to worry about accessing it by car because it has a free parking space in the same building. The apartment is one step away from all the monuments and museums. It is also close to supermarkets, fashion stores, and the most popular restaurants. It is easy to reach from the airport and from the central bus and train stations. Just a 13-minute walk away is the Muelle Heredia bus station and the stops of the main urban bus lines. The MĂĄlaga Centro-Alameda train station is also about a 15-minute walk away, so you can quickly reach the airport and the MĂĄlaga-MarĂa Zambrano Station.
-To consider:
This is a tourist accommodation that meets the Olédays EcoFriendly certification requirements, and has been recognized with the WeRespect certification.
WHIRLPOOL BATH: The hot tub that can be seen in the photos is not offered. The bathtub controls do not work and it is not possible to fill the entire bathtub with hot water due to system problems.
PATIO: The outdoor air conditioning machine (hot/cold) is in the patio, so if it is on it can make staying in the patio annoying due to the heat it emits.
PARKING: The street leading to the parking lot is restricted access. In order to request access permission from the competent authority, it is essential that the guest sends us the vehicleâs license plate number before 18:00 on the check-in day. Otherwise, accessing the restricted street could result in a fine.
CHECK IN: Arrival at the accommodation is from 3:00 p.m., but we strive to receive our guests at the time they need, upon request.â Low Emission Zone (LEZ) â MĂĄlaga
Starting 1 December 2025, only vehicles with the CERO, ECO, C and Blabels will be allowed to drive within MĂĄlagaâs LEZ.
Vehicles without an environmental labelmay only enter if registered in MĂĄlaga.
From 1 December 2026, this restriction will also apply to Bvehicles not registered in the city.
We recommend parking outside the LEZ and reaching the accommodation by foot, taxi or public transport.
PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage it may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. âŹ20 will be charged for the entire reservation, as we must carry out a special cleaning so as not to harm allergic guests. We can provide a bed and a feeder-drinker, upon request.SMOKING PROHIBITED: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building, it is only allowed in the patio and on the exterior balconies.
