Featured on the program Home Shores and set on 4.2 private acres with nearly 500 feet of direct ocean frontage, this one-of-a-kind property offers the rare feeling of having your own private beach. The shoreline is often wonderfully quiet and untouched, creating a sense of seclusion and serenity that is increasingly difficult to find.
Designed with intention and surrounded by nature, The Beachhouse combines warmth, luxury, and comfort. From the western cedar exterior to the beechwood floors, every detail was chosen to complement the spectacular coastal setting. Panoramic ocean views surround you, with water visible from every bedroom and living space.
Inside, the home features open-concept living with soaring cathedral ceilings and a stunning 25-foot beach stone fireplace anchoring the great room. At the center of the home is a custom cherry wood chef’s kitchen complete with a gas range, double ovens, granite countertops, premium appliances, and breathtaking views of the water while you cook and gather.
The main level includes a beautiful primary suite with ensuite bath and dressing room. Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms, another full bathroom, and a media room perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors.
Step outside and enjoy breathtaking views (if you're lucky, you might see whales, porpoises, or seals!) on the private wrap around deck. Enjoy the breakfast nook overlooking the garden and property as the sun rises. Watch the sun go down as you eat dinner overlooking an expansive view of the ocean. Enjoy a bonfire on the beach and an endless starry night. Wash the sand off your feet with our outdoor shower.
Walk down the beach stairs and experience life at the water’s edge. Stairs lead directly to your sandy beach where you can:

This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travelers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travelers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travelers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in.
House Rules:
To help keep our home beautiful and enjoyable for all guests, please note the following:
• Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older
• No children under 12 years of age
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home or on the property (strict policy)
• No pets
• No parties, events, outside visitors, or additional overnight guests without pre-approval
Respect for the Home & Neighbours
• Please respect our neighbours and keep noise levels low, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
• Any disturbance resulting in police involvement may require guests to vacate the property without refund
• Please remove shoes indoors
• Please do not eat in bedrooms
• Indoor furniture should remain in its designated location
Property Care
• If something is damaged during your stay, please let us know promptly so arrangements can be made for repair or replacement. Damage beyond the security deposit amount may be charged to the guest
• Do not leave food outside or unattended, as it may attract wildlife
• Please keep windows without screens and doors closed to help keep mosquitoes out
• Only toilet paper should be flushed
• Please recycle according to instructions provided, as local collection depends on proper sorting
• We are on a well system, so we ask guests to be mindful of water use
