The free town bus stop is a few steps away & provides easy access to the mountain & town.

You will enter the apartment into a great room that comfortably combines the living and kitchen spaces into one open living experience. A wall of windows makes the space open and bright.
The kitchen includes a microwave, 2- burner cooktop, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and a full array of utensils, dishes, pot and pans, etc so you have all you need to cook meals. The dining table allows for comfortable food serving and eating space.
The bathroom is off the great room and includes a tub/shower combo so you can soak your weary muscles after a long day on the mountain or can use it for a childâs bath before bedtime
For your comfort, the bedroom has a queen size Zinus Green Tea memory foam mattress. Additionally, every window in the apartment is dressed with Eclipse Absolute Zero blackout curtains which will assist with getting a great nightâs sleep.
During the winter if you are lucky enough to get a lot of snow, you might hear snow plows clearing the roads and driveways. Each bedroom has has been equipped with a sleeping sound machine, if needed, for light sleepers.
The apartment offers high speed wifi and is equipped with a SmartTV- Roku for streaming movies and tv shows. We generally have fast, reliable internet, but canât guarantee there will be no interruptions
The apartment is child friendly. Pets not allowed. Only 2 small to medium sized cars/trucks maximum. Garage height is 6`8` In the winter due to snow accumulation at the entrance, height might be slightly less. No extra parking available. Gear storage is available in the garage. EV charging level 2 NEMA 14-50 outlet is available in the private garage (adaptors/charging cables not provided).
Summer- portable a/c is in bedroom only.
In winter, the driveway is plowed consistently during storms, however, due to variable factors such as high snow accumulation per hour during some storms we cannot guarantee that every model of car will be able to access the garage without some minor snow removal.

The apartment is located on the back part of the property above the garages. A center glass door entrance provides access to the interior stairwell. The apartment is at the top of the stairs on the left with a #1 on the door.
We are available via call/text to assist with any questions/concerns or to give recommendations of things to do and places to go and if we are not on the property, can come by if needed.
The apartment is located in downtown Mammoth Lakes. A shuttle stop (FREE) is located less than a minutes walk. You can be to the Main Lodge at Mammoth Mountain in 15 min and avoid a parking headache at the ski resort. Additionally, you can take the shuttle to any place in town and even up to Mammoth Lakes Loop.
Many restaurants are within a 5 min walk, including The Warming Hut which is adjacent to the property.
There are 2 grocery stores and a pharmacy within a 5-10 min walk.
The nearest FREE bus stop is less than a minute walk from the property. From there you can take the bus to any location in town, all the mountain bases, Lakes Basin rd, or other places.
During winter, the driveway is snow plowed often throughout the day and night, as needed, to ensure access to the apartment & slopes.
Snow and storms are part of our mountain weather which gives us great skiing. It is important to be prepared with chains, etc. Refunds will not be given due to chain control or temporary road closures. If you are concerned about weather, we recommend you purchase applicable travel insurance.
In summer, like most homes in the mountains, there is no central a/c. Even on the hottest days, it cools down significantly in the evening. Windows can be opened for a nice breeze & fans are provided. A portable a/c is provided in the bedroom.
Apartment is located in town by popular restaurants so some noise might be heard from adjacent restaurants or other apartments.
We do our best to keep our place clear of insects and critters such as ants, moths, etc but we are surrounded by nature so cannot guarantee you wonât encounter any.
1. Parking of 2 cars only on the property and in the garage. Height of garage is 6`8`.
2. Garage door to be kept shut when not actively using.
3. Trash to be disposed of in the bear-proof dumpster only.
4. No smoking of any kind allowed on the property. No open flames or candles are allowed on the property.
5. 4 occupants maximum per city ordinance.
6. Town quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am. Please be kind to your neighbors and observe these quiet times.
7. Only guests on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.
8. Pets are not allowed.
9. Garage door clickers are provided, if they are not returned a $50/each charge will be assessed.
10. Roof sheds ice and snow in the winter. Avoid walking under the edge of the roof. Do not park under overhang. Be careful of ice in the parking lot.
