🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: One parking space is available in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis. A parking pass is provided and must be displayed while parked.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the condo.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the Sierra Manors HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the community pool, hot tub, sauna, and coin-operated laundry facilities.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: Up to 2 pets (30 lbs or less each) are welcome with a $75 per pet fee. Please add pets to your reservation before arrival when possible. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left unattended, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after them.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
