Sherwin Villas #52 is the perfect condo for ski and snowboarders alike.



The Space:

Little Eagle Lodge is conveniently 3 minutes away via the green line. The red line is also an option to go to the Village and Main Lodge. This condo is located at the center of town, on the corner of Meridian Boulevard and Old Mammoth Road, so shops and restaurants are just steps away.



A beautiful wood burning fireplace welcomes you inside the condo. Light a fire to warm up after a day or skiing and snowboarding. You and your guests will love gathering in the living room to watch a movie at the end of the day. There is a DVD, CD player, and wifi for your enjoyment. The couch functions as a sofa sleeper for 2 guests. Open the balcony doors to let some fresh air in.



The kitchen is equipped with appliances to aide chefs in preparing delicious meals. A dining table is assembled with seating for 4. Sit the family down for a home cooked meal while you watch the snow fall from the windows.



The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen bed, television, and sitting area. A separate vanity in the room allows multiple guests to get ready at the same time. A full bathroom is attached in here with a shower/tub combo.



There are 2 unassigned parking spaces and shared laundry facilities available for use. The shared tennis court stations are only open during the summer.



Please note - the communal pool, hot tub, sauna, and BBQ are being renovated and unavailable for use until 2023.



Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.



Other Things to Note:

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
