A wood-burning fireplace anchors the living room, where you can unwind, pop in a favorite DVD, and open the balcony doors for a breath of crisp alpine air. The sofa converts to a sleeper for two.
The kitchen is equipped with appliances to make meal prep easy, and the adjacent dining table seats 4âideal for a quick breakfast before the shuttle or a relaxed dinner while the snow falls.
The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, TV, and a convenient separate vanity area. A full ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo completes the layout.
Onsite perks include shared laundry facilities and community tennis courts (open seasonally). Parking is available for two vehicles in the complex lot on a first-come, first-served basis; parking passes will be waiting inside the unit.

Important Things to Note
âą Stairs: Stairs are required at this home.
âą Parking: Up to 2 vehicles in the complex lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are unassigned. Parking passes are required and will be located inside the unit.
âą Shuttle & skiing: The condo sits at Meridian Blvd and Old Mammoth Rd with convenient access to the free town shuttle. âą The Green Line goes to Little Eagle Lodge (about 3 minutes), and the Red Line connects to The Village and Main Lodge.
âą Communal amenities: The community pool, hot tub, sauna, and BBQ areas are currently unavailable due to renovations until further notice. Tennis courts are available in summer only.
âą WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakesâ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
âą Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring pets; additional cleaning charges will apply if evidence of pets is found.
âą Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
âą We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
