The Space:
We are excited to welcome you to Blanco, a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in Manchester City Centre. The property features a bespoke interior with high ceilings, expansive windows, gold accents, and a signature sunken sofa area — all set within a beautifully preserved Grade II listed red-brick building, once a textile warehouse. This apartment sleeps up to 6 guests.
Step inside and you are immediately struck by the scale & character of the space. Tall warehouse windows flood the open-plan living area with natural light, drawing the eye across a thoughtfully designed interior that balances original architectural detail with refined, contemporary touches. Positioned directly opposite the iconic Bridgewater Hall and the canal, Blanco offers a location that is as culturally rich as it is well-connected — and with Manchester's long June evenings stretching well into the night, the city is yours to explore at a relaxed pace.
Kitchen & dining area
The marble-countertop kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper dinner party. Appliances include a fridge, freezer, oven and grill, microwave, downdraft induction hob, Nespresso machine, hot water kettle, and toaster. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses are all provided. We offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, salt and pepper. As the property does not include a dishwasher, we provide washing-up liquid, a washing machine capsule, a sponge, a dish cloth, and 2 bin liners. The large 9-seater dining table is ideal for hosting a dinner party or enjoying a meal together — and doubles as an excellent workspace for those travelling on business.
Bedrooms
Three bedrooms, each fitted with a king-size bed, blackout curtains, and ample wardrobe and dresser storage, ensure every guest sleeps well regardless of what the city has going on outside. The blackout curtains are a welcome feature for those arriving after a late night out or planning a slow morning start.
Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are fitted with waterfall showers and stocked with complimentary shampoo, body soap, and hand soap. Bath towels and hand towels are provided. Hair dryer, iron, and hangers are also available throughout the apartment.

The heart of the apartment is its striking sunken sofa area — a deeply inviting seating arrangement that sets Blanco apart from a typical city centre stay. Sink in after a day out and catch a film on the 55" Smart TV, which comes with Sky Cable TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime access. The high ceilings and large windows keep the space feeling open and airy throughout the day, while portable fans are available should the summer warmth call for them.

Blanco sits directly behind the Bridgewater Hall in the heart of Manchester City Centre, placing you within easy reach of St Peter's Square and Deansgate-Castlefield Metrolink trams, as well as Deansgate and Oxford Road train stations. The city's central bar, dining, and retail district is all within walking distance — making Blanco an ideal base whether you are here for a concert, a weekend break, or a business trip. A dedicated secure parking space is available on-site (subject to availability).
Good to know
As this property is located in a city centre apartment block, please be aware there is potential for noise from outside and from other inhabitants. The apartment is equipped with noise decibel monitors, exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. A smart lock provides easy, flexible self-check-in. An elevator is available in the building.

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £50.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
