The Space:

Step through the doorway into a space inspired by the elegance of the Gatsby era, where every corner invites you to gather, unwind, and connect. The soft glow of lighting highlights sweeping art deco accents, while a spiral staircase leads between two thoughtfully designed floors. Whether you’re hosting a dinner for friends or settling in for a film night, each detail sets the stage for a comfortable and memorable stay in the heart of Manchester City Centre.



Sleeping arrangements

Four spacious bedrooms await on the lower floor, each featuring blackout curtains and ample storage for your belongings. One bedroom includes two king-size beds, and the others are fitted with king-size options for restful nights. For additional guests, two sofa beds convert into double beds (additional charges may apply), ensuring flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups.



Bathrooms

Three well-appointed bathrooms offer both shower and bath facilities, stocked with bathroom essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Every space is designed to make your morning routine or evening wind-down feel simple and refreshing.



Kitchen & dining

On the upper floor, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook and share meals together. Modern appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Brew your morning coffee with the Nespresso machine, then gather around the large dining table that seats up to 14 guests. The kitchen is stocked with cooking basics, dishes, and glassware for every occasion.



Entertainment & comfort

Spend evenings in the dedicated cinema room, complete with a 100-inch screen TV and access to Sky Entertainment, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Movie-themed dĂ©cor pays homage to the Roaring ’20s, creating a stylish backdrop for your favorite films. Throughout the property, you’ll find complimentary WiFi, heating, and portable fans for year-round comfort. A hair dryer, iron, and other daily essentials are provided for convenience.



Safety & access

The building includes elevator access and a self check-in smart lock for an easy arrival. Safety is prioritized with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, noise decibel monitors, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher. Exterior security cameras are positioned outside the front door, monitored for guest safety. Paid parking is available off premises.

Guest Access:

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.



In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of ÂŁ250 or a ÂŁ70.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.



Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.



Upon entering the building through the main entrance there are 7 steps.

If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 4th floor to access the apartment.

Outside the apartment there is a small lip when entering the door.

Within the property, the kitchen, dining and living space are all accessed by spiral staircase only. There is no lift to the upper floor of the property. Please keep this in mind if you have any additional accessibility needs.

Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Other optional extra's are available for an additional fee. We provide services such as mini-bar and fridge stocking, private chef's, laundry & dry cleaning, early check-in's, late check-outs, and much much more.



Unfortunately, this home is not pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend with you, then please check out our other homes. We have a large number of other homes that welcome your furry friends.



Please note, the window on the upper floor currently does not have an opening mechanism. To ensure ventilation, poles are provided to safely prop the window open. This window is scheduled to be replaced but as this is a grade 2 listed building, the consultation process with the local authorities and heritage organisations is lengthy and ongoing. We apologise for any inconvenience and kindly ask guests to take extra care when using the window.



Please note for sleeping arrangements, one bedroom features two king size beds.
