The Space:
LOCATION:
such a perfect location at the top of the infamous Deansgate with the hustle and bustle of the city on your door step. You’ll not need any taxi’s with everything within walking distance. On Deansgate and the streets off it alone you’ll find something for everyone – you’ll find the historic John Rylands Library, our favourite bar – Albert’s Schloss, our favourite coffee house – Federal, our favourite Indian – Dishoom, the science and industry museum. There’s loads to do and you’ll find all our favourite recommendations in our welcome guide to Manchester.

And the best bit…. our building is still super quiet tucked away from the main road and away from any street noise. Along with our luxury mattresses you’ll be guaranteed a good nights sleep!

Check our exact location out by searching Deansgate train station or Deansgate/Castlefield tram stop. We just a stones throw away so this makes reaching us super convenient! If you’ll headed to either Old Trafford or The Etihad you can just hop on the tram and you’ll be dropped right outside within minutes.

PARKING:
You can park directly outside the flat there are parking meters. Alternatively, you can park 3 minutes walk from us at: Bridgewater Hall Car Park, Little Peter St, Manchester M15 4PS. The cost is around £18 per day.

BEDROOMS:
You'll find peace and tranquillity in the two double bedrooms. We supply fresh linen and towels for each guest for your convenience

MAIN BATHROOM & ENSUITE:
with two bathrooms each room can have their own bathroom for privacy. We also provide shampoos and soaps for your convenience

KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA:
This wonderful, open-plan area allow you to spread out and enjoy a delicious meal with a canal side view with the bright lights of the city straight ahead of you. Sit back on our huge sofa and enjoy TV or watch Netflix on our complimentary account

WIFI:
we have superfast wifi – perfect for anyone working from home

BALCONY:
Enjoy your morning brew (complementary tea and coffee provided) on our balcony. This will set you up for a fantastic day!

GOOD FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:
We have a washer / dryer which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets), a high chair and some children’s plates & cutlery.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
for convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets. Please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.

You’ll receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property.

You’ll also find our handpicked recommendations for the best places to eat, drink, and explore – complete with handy links so you can book ahead and make the most of every moment.

The Neighborhood:
Just one minute walk from Deansgate Train Station, you will be able to hop on a train that goes through Manchester Piccadilly in one direction and Liverpool Lime Street Station in the other.

Cross the footbridge from the Train Station and you will find Deansgate-Castlefield Metrolink Station. The Metrolink acts as an overground tube system as found in London and around the world. You'll be able to connect to anywhere in the city centre in just a matter of minutes including Old Trafford and Etihad Football Stadium, Manchester Arena, Salford Quays and MediaCityUK.

And if that doesn't offer enough, there are also buses located on Deansgate that go to the Trafford Centre in 15 minutes for all your shopping needs.
