Ideally nestled in the Mandelieu Riviera Resort holiday residence, just a 10-minute walk from the seafront, not far from the majestic Chùteau de Mandelieu-la-Napoule, the train station, and a variety of restaurants, this apartment offers an unforgettable vacation experience. With its underground parking space, swimming pool, pétanque court, tennis court, and children's playground, everything is in place for a most enjoyable stay. The apartment features a comfortable living room with a high-quality 160cm wide sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a large bedroom with a 160cm double bed and storage, and a second identical bedroom with a storage unit and a 160cm bed. The living room opens onto a terrace, perfect for memorable get-togethers with friends or family. The toilet is separate.
You will have two bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and a vanity unit, and the other with a bathtub and a vanity unit.
Amenities include air conditioning. Upon arrival, you will find linens (sheets, bath towels, bath mats), toilet paper, shower gel bottles, and a kitchen cleaning kit (dishwashing liquid, multi-surface cleaner, laundry detergent, dishwasher and washing machine tablets).
Wi-Fi is available at an additional cost when connecting to the Goelia internet network.
A parking space is available underground or outside within the grounds.
Just minutes from the sandy beaches of Mandelieu and La Napoule, and the Croisette in Cannes, you will be welcomed into a 6-hectare landscaped estate surrounding a superb private lake bordered by a promenade, close to the famous Old Course Cannes Mandelieu Golf Course.
You will stay in elegant Provençal-style buildings with large sunny terraces. The residence features a 575mÂČ heated outdoor swimming pool (depth up to 1.60m), open from 05/04/25 to 01/11/25 and heated from 10/05/25 to 20/09/25, with a children's pool and water jets, a sun terrace equipped with lounge chairs and parasols, a tennis court, a multi-sports field, several pĂ©tanque courts, and a children's playground.
In August, the residence offers a refreshment area with soft drinks and ice creams. A restaurant and snack bar are open from 06/07 to 31/08.
Wellness area located within the residence (sauna, hammam, treatments).
The beach is approximately 900m away, and the shops and resort center are approximately 1.5km away. To avoid traffic jams and the stress of parking, go to the To access the beach, take advantage of the free MimoPlage shuttle (from late June to mid-September), just a 2-minute walk from the residence.
From July 5, 2025 to August 30, 2025, there is a kids' club for ages 6-11 (5 half-days per week), and sports and evening activities for teens and adults.
The residence is located near the Cannes-Mandelieu tourist and business airport, which may generate noise during peak periods or festivals.
