Casa di nonno Totò is a vacation apartment in Manduria, Upper Salento, just minutes from the beaches of the Ionian coast. It is located on the second floor of an ancient 17th-century aristocratic palace, in the heart of the renowned historic center of Messapic origins.

The apartment offers up to 6 beds and is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven and TV.

The vacation home consists of spacious and bright rooms, with mighty vaulted ceilings characteristic of Salento`s architectural tradition that give the property a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Each room is air conditioned and furnished with taste and simplicity, giving a touch of class to the ancient structure wisely remodeled.

Casa di nonno Totò is located in the square, inside a building accessed through an ancient gateway. The entrance is in a large living room furnished with comfortable sofas and TV, accompanied by three balconies.

From the living room you go to the dining room, the shower room and, with a few steps, also to the equipped kitchen.

The dining room leads to a double bedroom with a loft and two single beds, en-suite bathroom. The dining room and loft room overlook a small terrace that opens onto an ancient inner courtyard adjacent to Piazza Commestibili.

The house sleeps 6 people distributed in two rooms, including two single beds on the loft, accessible via a spiral staircase, and two double beds.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bedroom bathroom has no shower or windows. There are beds on the mezzanine.
